That beautiful remote area is located in the famous Karakoram mountains and shares a border with Afghanistan. The Kalash people enjoy dancing in the moonlight of their beautiful valley wearing colorful attire.

This large flat neckpiece was hand-crafted and made from a conch shell into rounded disks. Each shell is decorated in the center with a carnelian bead. The origin is Nagaland (Northeast India and Northwest Myanmar).
